YooVendo Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 10, 2026
This policy explains what YooVendo collects, why it is used, and the choices available to customers and recipients.
Information we collect
We collect account and business-profile details, service area, billing status, campaign settings, uploaded business photos, support communications, mailbox connection identifiers and encrypted authorization tokens, eligible business-contact records supplied to or matched by the service, suppression records, delivery events, and estimate requests submitted through YooVendo forms.
How information is used
We use information to operate and secure the service; connect an authorized mailbox; prepare, personalize, and send campaigns the customer manually releases; route estimate requests; prevent duplicate or unwanted sends; honor opt-outs; provide support; measure system reliability; enforce plan limits; and meet legal obligations.
Mailbox authorization
Google and Microsoft authorization is used only for the permissions displayed during connection. YooVendo stores authorization credentials in encrypted form and does not ask customers to share mailbox passwords. Customers can revoke access through their provider or disconnect the mailbox from YooVendo.
Contact data and outreach
YooVendo processes business contact data from customer-supplied, public business, permissioned, relationship-based, or appropriately licensed sources. Source and eligibility evidence is retained internally. Opt-outs and do-not-contact records are applied before sending. YooVendo does not authorize unlawful harvesting, deceptive messages, or outreach that ignores applicable consent and privacy requirements.
Service providers
We may use hosting, email-provider, payment, security, monitoring, analytics, and support vendors to provide the service. They receive only the information required for their function and are subject to their own contractual and privacy obligations. Payment-card details are handled by the payment processor and are not stored by YooVendo.
Retention and deletion
We keep information while an account is active and as reasonably required for operations, security, dispute resolution, tax, legal, suppression, and audit obligations. Suppression records may be retained to prevent future unwanted contact. Customers may request account deletion, subject to records we must retain.
Security
YooVendo uses access controls, encrypted secrets, signed service requests, audit events, least-privilege mailbox scopes, self-tests, and monitoring. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Recipients can use the unsubscribe link in a campaign message. Customers may update account data, disconnect a mailbox, cancel a subscription, or request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting support@yoovendo.com.
