YooVendo Terms of Service
Effective date: August 10, 2026
These Terms govern access to YooVendo Reach and related customer-acquisition tools.
1. The service
YooVendo provides software and operational tools that help eligible U.S. service businesses organize approved business-contact audiences, prepare personalized commercial email, connect an authorized sending mailbox, manually release controlled daily batches, and route interested recipients to an estimate destination. YooVendo does not promise a particular number of leads, jobs, replies, sales, or revenue.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18, have authority to bind the business, provide accurate information, control every connected mailbox and destination, and keep account access secure. You authorize YooVendo to perform the actions you select on behalf of the business.
3. Responsible outreach
You may use YooVendo only for truthful, lawful business outreach. You must not upload or request unlawfully obtained data, misrepresent identity, use deceptive subjects, send prohibited content, evade provider limits, target protected or sensitive groups improperly, or contact a recipient after an applicable opt-out. YooVendo may reject contacts, pause sends, preserve suppression records, or suspend an account to protect recipients, providers, customers, or the service.
4. Campaign approval and sending
You are responsible for reviewing the business profile, audience, subject, message, photos, estimate button, postal address, and destination before release. A send occurs only after the required readiness checks pass and the customer manually chooses a daily batch. Provider acceptance does not guarantee inbox placement or delivery.
5. Plans, capacity, and inventory
Published audience amounts are plan capacities, not guaranteed available inventory. Actual eligible inventory varies by service, market, evidence, suppression, duplication, and source availability. Daily send limits are maximum controls and may also be restricted by mailbox providers, reputation, safety, or law.
6. Fees, renewal, and cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew at the displayed billing interval until canceled. Prices, included capacity, and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid period unless the service states otherwise. Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, fees already paid are nonrefundable. Chargebacks do not replace the support or dispute process.
7. Customer content and data
You retain ownership of your business content. You grant YooVendo the limited rights needed to host, transform, personalize, transmit, display, secure, back up, and troubleshoot that content for the service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to uploaded photos, names, logos, websites, and data.
8. Intellectual property
YooVendo and its software, workflows, designs, templates, documentation, and branding are owned by YooVendo or its licensors. These Terms provide a limited, revocable, nontransferable right to use the service during an active entitlement and do not transfer ownership.
9. Availability, support, and changes
We work to keep the service reliable and provide support, monitoring, and recovery controls, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Providers, public sources, laws, and technical requirements can change. We may update, limit, or discontinue features while taking reasonable steps to protect active customers.
10. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” YooVendo disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and any warranty that campaigns will produce results.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YooVendo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. YooVendo’s aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the fees paid for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Limits that cannot legally apply remain excluded only to that extent.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify YooVendo against third-party claims arising from your content, destinations, unlawful use, breach of these Terms, or violation of another person’s rights, except to the extent caused by YooVendo’s own unlawful conduct.
13. Suspension and termination
Either party may end the relationship as allowed by the subscription terms. YooVendo may immediately restrict or suspend access for security risks, payment failure, unlawful conduct, abuse, provider complaints, or material breach. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, the parties will attempt in good faith for 30 days to resolve it through support@yoovendo.com. Courts with jurisdiction in Clark County, Nevada will have exclusive venue unless applicable law requires otherwise.
15. Changes and contact
Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions may be sent to support@yoovendo.com.
